The program also provides advice from dietician Ms. Deepika and teaches exercises recommended by a physiotherapist, Ms. Sindhu as well as relaxing techniques along with Dr. Ramya Ponnusamy MD (OG) Department of Gynaecology clarifies each query to make the early stages of parenthood more manageable.
